Utigo Flex Ducting Ltd. was established in 2000. Since our establishment, we have been specialized in manufacturing and designing various types of flexible hoses or tubing systems. Our quality hoses and tubing are using the top quality plastic materials developed by ourselves. According to different demands on properties of hoses from different customers, our R&D department would develop a satisfactory hose material for our customers. Our common hose materials almost cover all types: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC), Polyurethane (PU), Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE) and Polyamide (PA).

Our hoses are for a variety of applications, which could be sorted roughly into below different series based on the medium to convey;
Those that are used as normal air transportation hoses such as PE spring dryer hoses used for dryer machines; Those polyester fabric ventilation ducts that are used for basement ventilation; Those silicone ventilation ducts that are developed particularly ideally for high temperature air transport; Those applied for liquid medias. Abrasion resistant PU hoses are perfectly ideal for shaving suction use for timber cutting machines; NBR & PVC blend suction hoses with PVC spiral reinforcement are particularly developed for mineral sands transmission for the mining industry and explosion resistant and anti-static hoses are for powder or dust suction. We also are professional in manufacturing electrical conduit tubing for the protection of electrical cables and wires, which have ultraviolet resistant and anti shocking characteristics.
